- Can I build a new home when I have an existing home to sell?
- Yes, many lenders offer a Bridge Loan program, which could grant you access to the equity in your current home. This equity can serve as your down payment and possibly reduce or even eliminate your existing home payment.
- Can I finance land in my construction loan?
- Construction loans can be packaged to include your land and home. Once construction is completed then your construction loan can be setup to convert into a permanent loan. By having a single loan and a construction to permanent loan you will only have a single closing and that will save you money! If you already own your land and have a balance remaining the new loan can pay off the balance and your new construction load and land loan are consolidated into a single loan eliminating two separate payments.
- What options do I have to choose from?
- At Greenstone Builders you choose everything from your rooftop to your flooring. Your can make your selections at our Design Center including lighting, plumbing, cabinetry and your flooring. Or if you prefer, you can make your selections from the comfort of your own home. And of course, we can customize your home to meet your needs!

- How am I kept informed during the construction process?
- Your personal builder will keep you informed of the progress of your home and if you have any questions about your construction, you will have your personal builder's cell phone number to contact him directly. In addition, you will have access to our online customer service center where you can see your construction documents, review your selections, choose options and see pictures and the status of your home.

- How can I find land to build on?

- How do I know if my lot is buildable?
- Greenstone will schedule to have your site evaluated by your personal builder. At this meeting you will meet your personal builder, who you will be working with you from excavation to final move in.
